Paint stains and a backache!

I got quite a bit accomplished this weekend. The main body of the kimono is done and I cut out the pieces for the sleeves this afternoon. I originally planned to paint them after attaching the sleeves to the kimono, but since the Mirella satin is so fine (and there's no interfacing in the sleeves) I decided it'd be wiser to paint them first. So that's what I've been up to for most of today. While doing all of this I've soaked up Disney's The Three Musketeers, bits of Before Sunrise, the last episode of Manhunt, Ace Ventura Pet Detective and Pompeii, the Last Day.
