Opera Atelier's Orfeo photos

So another Opera Atelier run is done. I had my camera with me and took a few photos just for kicks. Just like last year it was wet, rainy and generally unpleasant but the audience was fantastic as usual.

	Here's Tiff and me on the subway heading downtown. Random, but we don't look like crap so I'm posting it =P Nhan kinda didn't show up, but it worked out since I was able to move Tiff into one of the $125 subscriber seats during the intermission (Thank you Ms Tannery for not showing up! Haha!)
	This is the gorgeous headpiece that Monica Whicher wears as La Musica. It's quite a heavy duty contraption despite appearances.

	Here is Michael Maniaci as Speranza (Hope) and Daniel Belcher as Orfeo heading under the auditorium to make their entrance for Act III
	This is the charming Daniel Belcher as our endearing Orfeo. He has such a sweet smile. He was kind enough to stop for a moment so I could snap this while he was on his was up for the start of Act III.
	The ladies of the chorus have about an hour to kill during Acts III and IV while Orfeus is in the underworld so we sit around and chat. Sometimes during the week I'd run out to Tim Hortons or the Eaton Centre for a quick bite of dinner. Susan always has a book with her, but it can get a bit chilly in the lounge. She found the solution to that problem with this lovely garbage bag.
	Here is the wonderful Olivier Lacquerre as Pluto. A bright flash and white stage makeup don't quite go well together so he looks a bit scary in this photo, but he's so friendly and funny. I caught him as he was leaving the stage at the end of Act IV.
	This is Colin Ainsworth as Apollo with Dan in the cloud machine in Act V.

	Here I am with my darling Kevin Skelton who I haven't seen since the National Youth Choir back in 2001! OK, that's not quite true, I saw him in Germany in 2004 and again earlier this year, but I haven't worked with him or had a chance to catch up with him since then. He couldn't wait to shave his beard off after the show today!
	And of course I had to take a photo with the incredible Michael Maniaci! He's such a charmer ^__~"

So, that wraps up another season for Opera Atelier. I can't wait for The Magic Flute and Glück's Orfeo next year. I get a bit of quiet time before getting into the B Minor Mass run next week.
