Rare opportunity: Tiff is selling a Sephiroth plushie!!

Ok, so any of you who know my sister and I know we rarely take commissions and are absolutely anal about making plushies for selling - but we need cosplay funds so Tiff made a brand new Kingdom Hearts Sephiroth plushie that we are selling on eBay.

Can you tell which is the original and which is the new one? Because I can't. HAHA!
