When a girl doesn't need more

Last Friday I went out to lunch with my family for dim sum and then afterwards Tiff decided she wanted to go to the One of a Kind show and coerced Nhan into driving us down. We both ended up buying the same necklace from the girls at Foxy Originals. It's so pretty! It's a bit silly that we both have the same necklace, but somehow things turn out that way since we both have similar tastes. We also picked up some soaps and candy - yum!

On my way up to Tafelmusik I popped into the MAC store on Queen Street and remembered it was World AIDS Day so I bought the new Viva Glam VI lipglass. It is SO pretty! It's more pink and sparkly than VGV and it looks really nice in real life and on stage. The store was having a contest for anyone who purchased any VG product on December 1st, so I had my name entered. And guess what - I won!!

I went down there after work on Saturday to pick up my prize. It's a box worth about $200 and it had 4 eyeshadows, a blush, mascara, eyeliner, lipgloss, a makeup bag and a package of wipes. Most of the colour products will go to Tiff (since I have them already) -__-" but I was just so excited to get free makeup! (as if I need more!) I also picked up a couple of the limited edition Couture lipsticks because they look so gorgeous. I need to hold off though because I'm anticipating the Danse collection coming out in late December.

I'm hoping to getting around to writing up Christmas cards tonight, but since my wrist is acting up I may not get around to it. I don't function at work unless I bring my mousepad in from home, and I stupidly left it there tonight - ARGH! So I went over to Grand & Toy to buy another one so I can stop the travelling mousepad nonsense and found a cushy keyboard wristrest and mousepad set for $20! (It has an optical mouse in it too, but I don't care about that) Yay for cushiness!
