WARNING - Huge Update Alert!

I haven't updated this blog in many months, so I'm going to do one big long update to get myself up to date.

December 2007 - I spent Christmas in Vancouver and Edmonton... I didn't really care because I had a cool crew that I chilled out with.

January saw me in San Francisco during torrential rains, but that didn't stop me and my crewmates from heading into town. Easily one of the best layovers I've had yet. I also got sent to Sao Paulo, Brazil, which was a lovely experience. We left just as Carnival was starting up so we missed out on the fun.

February was cold - and I was working every day that there was a snowstorm! It was also the month of lot of Montreal turns. Not a productive month. I was happy for it to be over.

In March I went down to Las Vegas with Dani and Maral - because I'd never been there before, I had the days off and I wanted to check out a trade show down there. We ran into Dawn and Alex down there and went out for dinner together. We had a great time. It was the perfect blend of productivity and touristy stuff ^__^"

April was a hard month. Timmy's health took a turn and we had to put him down. I was completely heartbroken and it still hurts to think about it even now. Kevin and I went down to the Humane Society to adopt a new kitten - and ended up coming home with two little darlings. We named them Charlie and Bubba (for Beelzebub, in remembrance of Timmy). Later in the month, I took a trip with my family to Hong Kong.

May saw us in Hong Kong and Tokyo. We had incredible time in Tokyo. We spent 6 days there and visited Shibuya, Daikanyama, Harajuku, Ueno and Asakusa, Akihabara and took a day trip out to Mitaka to visit the Ghibli Museum. I really loved Japan and can't wait to go there again.

At Anime North this year Kevin and I helped out at Dani's booth, and I also helped out at Tiff's table in the Artist Alley. The weekend was cut in half because Kevin and I had his sister Cecilia's wedding to attend.

For Kevin's birthday we went out to dinner at Moxie's, and then I had to poof off to Hong Kong. It was a fun layover - I got to work with Kim and Jacky again!

Now Tiff and I are off to London to visit Michelle and do touristy stuff :)
